How does billing and renewal work?
Paid plans are billed monthly through PayFast. When your billing period ends, you have a 7-day grace period to renew. After grace, workspace access is blocked until payment is completed from Manage → Billing in the app.
How do I add extra sites or issuer seats?
Select extra sites and issuers on the home page configurator before signup, or contact support to adjust your subscription entitlements. Each extra site and issuer is priced from our public catalog.
Can I export issuance reports?
Stock levels and issuance history are visible in the app today. CSV/export downloads for audit reports are on our roadmap — contact support if you need a manual extract in the meantime.
